In my life I have often been called opinionated. In my art I have always been called passionate. My lighthearted approach to tackling big issues keeps me hopeful and open, reducing the tension surrounding divisive subjects. Throughout the tumultuous years between 2018-2020 I taught myself to paint murals while I worked out my feelings through my art.

One of the things that keeps me laughing most is animals wearing human clothes and accessories. This fun mural his provided a space on The Beltline to feel silly and take a mental break from the tumultuous all-consuming political mood.

Between 2016-2021 I painted a lot of feminist art in reference to the Access Hollywood tape. It’s been a tumultuous time in America over the past 5 years. I felt validated and heard through the #metoo movement. I wanted to create art in public spaces to perpetuate this feeling.

I create art that explores climate change denial, income inequality and the struggle over control regarding women's healthcare. I am a painter. I use latex, spray, and gouache paints as well as acrylic pens chalk and anything else I can get my hands on.
