Shake it Off
Shake it Off
Painted in the aftermath of another female president not making it to the White House, this piece is a love letter to feminism, childless cat ladies, and anyone who’s ever dreamed of breaking barriers. It’s playful, powerful, and unapologetically hopeful.
This bold, whimsical piece is more than just a cat in heels—it's a feminist anthem in paint. Featuring a white cat (symbolizing feminism and the suffragette spirit) rocking her natural fur but slaying in white pumps as she strides through the coconut forest, this artwork channels the energy of resilience and hope after heartbreak. The unicorn horn? Pure magic. The lush coconut forest backdrop? A nod to Kamala Harris and the promise of progress. And the Shake It Off lyrics? A powerful reminder to keep moving forward, even when history doesn’t bend the way it should. Thanks for the inspo on that, Taylor.
